My cousin Joe was a very special person and loved my many. He lived a good, clean life and always did the right thing by people. He was a fun-loving, caring, good-natured, kind person with a great sense of humor and quick wit. There were always lots of laughs when Joe was around and lots to talk about as Joe was a master conversationalist. He was the oldest of 13 cousins and my mom made sure we spent as much time as possible with Joe's family. I have many memories from growing up with Joe...seeing him perform in his school band, playing in his basement or pool and with his many german shepherds at his home in Kings Park, the many trips to Tobay beach on Grandma Grace and Poppy's boat, going to see the Yankees play, the fun we had at the annual Labor Day party and spending Christmas and Easter together after he moved back to New York. Joe was a loving husband and father to Tina, his amazing wife, and their two precious children, Gavin and Griffin. No matter what difficult times Joe faced in his life he was a positive force and handled anything and everything with grace. It's amazing how many good people (friends, neighbors, family) Joe was surrounded by and I think its because he was a really good person too. I love you Joe and I miss you.
