Joan and Charlie Cleveland

I was so sad to hear of Mickey's passing. I REALLY liked him. His smile and the laughter behind his eyes always showed in his expressions. We didn't have many opportunities to get together but the times we did were always fun. It doesn't matter how many memories you make--the important thing is how those memories made you feel. One of my earliest memories is when Mickey came to Florida on a business trip. My sister Anne, and my husband Charlie and I were the only family members able to meet him for dinner. I hate to even guess how long ago that was because I was newly married and that was 45 years ago. I don't remember any details of our dinner or what we talked about but I remember the feelings of fun and relaxed camaraderie that Mickey generated. My last memory is of the time Anne and I drove over to see Mickey and our cousin Susan on the west coast of Florida. Again, I don't remember the details of our conversation but I do remember the laughter and the fun. Those memories will always be with me. I know that Mickey has brought a lot of laughter and fun to Heaven.
