Minnie, we are so sorry to only hear now hear of Franks passing. He was a great leader and wonderful man to have as a boss. I started working for Frank at Estee Lauder in 1989 and continued with him until his retirement. I remember his office being sooo clean as he was so meticulous with everything he involved himself with. Roann's picture of the skyline on his wall, his afternoon cup of coffee, and how everything and everyone was protected by his being accountable for his lab and his people. There were very few men like Frank and the lab seemed empty for the months as he recovered from his Bypass surgery. It was a privilege to have worked for the man and to this day am thankful for what I have gained from being around him.
