We are deeply saddened to hear of Frank's passing. He was my inspiration when I was growing up... his military service in a time of war and later his pursuit of higher education despite the hardships were something to be admired. He led the way for the rest of the family. May Minnie and his family find peace in the knowledge that he touched so many lives in so many positive ways. God bless you dear cousin and RIP.
