Our hearts are heavy with deepest sadness today. It’s so hard to say goodbye to our wonderful brother, brother-in-law and uncle. You mentored me growing up, shared your friends, provided a great example to follow, helped me grow to be the person I am and generally took such good care of me throughout our childhood. And upon my marrying Marigrace your care continued. How do you say goodbye to someone who helped with all the medical issues in our lives. We could always pick up the phone and obtain an expert opinion on just about any topic and for anyone in our extended family: what about this condition, is this medicine safe, what about this treatment, need a new doctor in our area, what’s your opinion on how to proceed? You touched so many lives both within and beyond your medical practice with your kind words, gentle deeds and compassionate heart. My dear Dino, you’ll be missed in countless ways and our lives will not be the same without you, but we’re consoled that you’ll be enjoying the rewards you so richly deserve. Your memory will always be a blessing to us. Be our guardian angel -- keep an eye on us here on earth as you always did while you walked among us. Until we see you again…we send our endless love.
