A chance meeting of Charlie, when we shared a room at Huntington Hospital resulted in my getting to know this wonderful, caring man. Whether on a phone call or having breakfast with my brother Ed, we shared a lot of laughs. Charlie's memory was absolutely incredible as he recollected the days of his youth in Brooklyn.
