I'm very sorry for your loss. I worked with Renee years ago at PBG and she was always displayed a high level of professionalism and integrity and was very fair to everyone. I remember that she always wore skirts and on the rare occasion she wore pants it was so noticeable that everyone would ask if she was feeling alright. She always seemed so surprised that a simple thing as wearing pants would cause so much "excitement" in the office. I hope the your memories of Renee carry you through this difficult time.
