My deepest condolences to the Cassagne Family. I am deeply saddened by Renee's passing. I met Renee on July 7, 1986, our first day of training class at Price Waterhouse. We worked together until she left to go to Pepsi and have kept in touch by phone, texts and lunches since then. She always spoke so proudly of her whole family. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer last April, of course Renee was one of the first calls I made. Irregardless of her own battle, she was always, always positive, supportive and helpful. The last time we saw each other was September when I was at MSK for pre-surgical testing and it was a Thursday so I knew she had a treatment. We sat and chatted and, believe it or not, laughed at the irony of why we were having that visit. I will always remember her smiling face and her laugh. Rest In Peace, my friend, Renee.
