Dear Debbie, Richard and Robert, I cannot tell you how saddened I and my family and fellow USCGA Shipmates are over Richards sudden passing Richard was one the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. Besides being a dear friend. He played an active and important role in our Flotilla and enjoyed the respect of all who knew him . God bless and keep Richard , and protect Debbie and everyone in the Gasser family he leaves behind
